Brightside RV Service, Inc.

PAYMENTS

All payments are due in full upon completion of repairs. Deposits may be required for some jobs. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks and cash. We are able to process the paperwork for repairs done under warranty and insurance. The customer is responsible for any charges not covered under warranty or insurance; for example, deductible, service call, denied repairs, freight charges, shop supplies, etc.

RATES

Regular service charges:
- Service calls within 40 mile radius ----- $35
- Service calls exceeding 40 miles ----- call for quote
- Labor rate = $65 per hour ----- minimum labor charge = $30

Emergency service charges:
- Service calls within 40 mile radius ----- $65
- Service calls exceeding 40 miles ----- call for a quote
- Labor rate = $95 per hour ----- minimum labor charge = $60

**Emergency service is defined as any service call on weekends or holidays and/or requests for priority (immediate) service.

FEES
**Disposal fees may apply to some jobs.

** Special order parts must be prepaid.
